Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition

  • The item is not a customized or made-to-order product

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by delivery

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged/wrong item

We’ll review and arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the issue.

 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method

 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we cover the return shipping

  • If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
